HDFC credit card provides following 2 facility to be more secure on your online transaction .
1) Secure Code
If you registered with secure code then it will generate one passowrd like ATM pin and it will be asked to you when you enter your credit card information on click to coninue for transcation on any merchant store.
So if anyone know about your credit card number , expiry date, cvc although he/she can't able to do online transaction without this Secure code.
2) Netsafe
Netsafe will create temporary credit card with new number,expiry date and cvc (shown in below fig.) and it is allowed for only 24 hours.You can define limit of that card when you generating it and that amount will deducted from you actual credit limit and if you don't do any transaction with that then after 24 hours that amount will be credited back to you credit card account. Transactions done by this card will display as normal transaction on your credit card bills.
Above both services are free of charge provided by HDFC to their credit card customers.
